Understand your hosting backup schedule

Backup coverage is plan-specific. The current catalogue lists weekly backups on Shared Starter; daily backups on Shared Business, Shared Pro and WordPress plans; and daily backups on BDIX Plus. BDIX Basic and several other product types do not list an automated backup schedule.

Where the connected server exposes cPanel or another backup tool, you can also create or download a backup there. Availability and retention can vary.

Keep an independent off-server copy before updates, migrations or destructive work. A provider backup should not be the only copy of important data.
