Complete KYC verification

Some orders or account actions require KYC review. When prompted, open the secure verification flow in your account and submit the requested NID front image and live selfie.

Use clear, current images and make sure the account details belong to the same customer. Do not email identity images or attach them to a normal support ticket.

Review is manual and no public same-day approval promise applies. Domain and service activation can also depend on risk, registrar and provider-readiness checks. Your account shows the decision when review is complete.
