Manage WordPress plugins and themes
Use WP Toolkit when supported, otherwise use wp-admin or cPanel.
Some connected hosting servers expose WP Toolkit controls for WordPress core, plugins and themes. When those capabilities are available, open the WordPress area from your service panel.
If the management controls are not shown, use wp-admin or the cPanel tools available for that service. Create a backup before updates and test the site afterward.
Do not force an update when a plugin or theme has known compatibility requirements. Use a staging copy when the plan includes one.
