Before contacting Sales, confirm that the domain is eligible, unlock it where supported, obtain the authorization code securely and make sure the registrant email can receive messages.

Timing, transfer fees, renewal effects and privacy controls vary by TLD and registry. Do not cancel the existing registrar or DNS service until the transfer is confirmed.
