Recover VPS administrator access
Use an existing console or ask support for the recovery options available to the VPS.
If SSH access fails, first check the VPS power state, address, firewall and the credentials originally issued for the service.
The current customer panel does not expose a universal password-reset, console or reinstall button. Contact support with the service identifier to confirm which recovery option the provider exposes.
An operating-system reinstall destroys existing server data. Keep an independent backup and request a reinstall only after confirming the target image and data-loss impact.
