What happens when an invoice is overdue?

Review the invoice, service, due date and payment status in My Account. Unpaid services can enter grace, suspension or termination stages under the service terms.

After a valid payment is confirmed, automatic restoration is triggered for supported suspended services. Restoration time depends on the service and provider; there is no universal “within a few minutes” promise.

Contact Billing if a paid invoice still appears unpaid, or contact support if the service remains suspended after payment confirmation.
