Refund eligibility and requests

The current Refund Policy provides a 30-day money-back window from first activation for Shared, WordPress and BDIX hosting.

VPS and cloud plans can be eligible within 7 days of first activation when usage remains within the policy's fair-use conditions.

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers; issued SSL certificates; dedicated servers; setup fees; and accounts suspended for terms violations are excluded as described in the policy.

Open a Billing ticket or email [email protected] from the account email. State the service, invoice and reason. Approval and return timing follow the published policy; do not send payment credentials.
